Al Khoory Inn Bur Dubai

My original hotel let me down and I found this on booking.com although the check-in time was 14:00 they staff was amazing and understood my circumstances and I was allowed to check in about 10am, the staff are amazing, rooms are fantastic and location brilliant, close to restaurants, shops and mosque, everything including the metro was maximum 10 minutes away. Caught Metro from Burjomon Metro Station to Diera City Centre then Bus E307 to Sharjah and checked out Al Majaz too everything was close and very easy to get around.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Cinetta and Mr. Bhrugesh at the reception, and I must commend them for their outstanding service. Both were exceptionally professional, approachable, and efficient. Ms. Cinetta displayed remarkable attention to detail and a warm demeanor that made check-in a breeze. Mr. Bhrugesh, on the other hand, was very helpful and knowledgeable, addressing all my queries with patience and clarity. Their combined efforts greatly enhanced my experience at the hotel. I would like to thank them for their dedication and excellent customer service.

I really like this hotel, price always reasonable, quality really very high, Rooms are always clean , near of the hotel everything is possible and you can finde whatever you want. The most thing I like when I stay in Al khoory in the receptionist specially last stay I like these persons ( Fabim, Niwanthi, Cinetta. ) at the reception and they did help me all the time when I asked about any thing! I will come to Dubai soon and I will stay only in Al Khoory in bur Dubai))

Everything was good. The accommodation was really clean. The WiFi was the best in the neighborhood. AC works perfectly. Location is really nice, close to the metro and Burjuman mall. The girls at the reception were really kind, helpful and always smiling. The supervisor, Sylvain, speak French fluently and always on a good mood. Overall, really nice accommodation with kind and professional staff :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The location of the hotel was also excellent. It was situated between two metro stations, making it very convenient for me to explore the city. I was able to easily get to all of the major tourist attractions and shopping districts. Although there was a small problem with the E-Key during my stay, the staff were quick to resolve the issue and ensure that my stay was not impacted. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
